At 4D we:

Do not re price
either claims or the 4D provider network reimbursement.
- Do not structure formulary rebates
that are not in the best interest of the Client.
- Do not act as a rebate aggregator.
- Do not accept grants, or fees to
replace rebate dollars from drug manufacturers.
- Clearly disclose and define all
revenue sources to our clients
Do what it takes
to meet the needs and goals of the Client:

Be flexible and
open in all aspects of the Client program design.
- Make available to the Client all of 4D
resources not limited to technology, experience, and expertise.
- Make ourselves responsive and readily
available to the Client.
- Benchmark the Clients data to 4D data
for similar plan membership.
- Provide full disclosure of rebate
programs.
- Negotiate rebates that are in the best
interest of the Client.
- Inform Client of all available DUR
programs and edits and cost containment measures.
- Use 4D extensive reporting package and
any AD HOC reports Client identifies.
- Provide a wide and committed Pharmacy
Provider network.
