4D Philosophy

 

At 4D we:

  1. Do not re price either claims or the 4D provider network reimbursement.

  2. Do not structure formulary rebates that are not in the best interest of the Client.
  3. Do not act as a rebate aggregator.
  4. Do not accept grants, or fees to replace rebate dollars from drug manufacturers.
  5. Clearly disclose and define all revenue sources to our clients

Do what it takes to meet the needs and goals of the Client:

  1. Be flexible and open in all aspects of the Client program design.

  2. Make available to the Client all of 4D resources not limited to technology, experience, and expertise.
  3. Make ourselves responsive and readily available to the Client.
  4. Benchmark the Clients data to 4D data for similar plan membership.
  5. Provide full disclosure of rebate programs.
  6. Negotiate rebates that are in the best interest of the Client.
  7. Inform Client of all available DUR programs and edits and cost containment measures.
  8. Use 4D extensive reporting package and any AD HOC reports Client identifies.
  9. Provide a wide and committed Pharmacy Provider network.
  10. Disclose all 4D revenue sources and charges.
